Bienfait is a Health Cluster information management officer (IMO), based in DRC. He is responsible for overseeing the information management unit throughout the country. Furthermore, he is responsible for the development and improvement of field information management procedures and capacity strengthening of team members and cluster partners.
Bienfait has extensive experience in the fields of information and database management working with both INGOs and UN agencies. Prior to joining iMMAP, Bienfait worked with UNICEF as an IMO for two years while prior to that with organizations such as NRC, CAJED and Care International for over nine years.
Bienfait has a Bachelor and a Master´s Degree in Information Sciences from the Catholic University of Buvaku in DRC. He also holds a certificate in Cartography for the management of catastrophes. He is fluent in English, French and Kiswahili.
