Global Surge IT and Logistics Support Officer
Blaise is the Global Surge IT and Logistics Support Officer, based in Marseille, France. He is responsible for the logistical support, procurement and shipping of IT and visibility related items, as well as the maintenance of all IT assets (hardware and software) for the Global Surge Team.
Before joining iMMAP, he has developed his experience of over 7 years as well as his skills through different organizations in the industrial (VECTRAWAVE and TOTALENERGIES), humanitarian (MERCY CORPS, ACTED, IRC and UNFPA) and public (CPIF/SK) sectors in the field of procurement, supply chain, inventory management, sales, transportation, database management, VBA-Excel programming using macros as well as in public finance.
He holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Logistics Engineering from the University of Bordeaux in France and a Bachelor's degree in Business Computing from the Light University of Bujumbura in Burundi. Blaise is fluent in both French and Swahili and has an intermediate knowledge of English.
