Frank is a project manager, responsible for the Return Context Monitoring project implementation as well as the coordination of the COVID-19 and Humanitarian Mine Action response within the country.
Frank has over 11 years of working experience in the development and humanitarian sectors. Prior to joining iMMAP, he worked with Siren Associates as a project manager in Jordan for six months and Brentt IT infrastructure as a managing partner for six years in the Netherlands. His humanitarian sector experience includes working with Merlin, MSF and Oxfam for five years as a project manager and country director in Liberia, Israel and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Frank holds master’s degree in Humanitarian Assistance from the Universities of Groningen and Bochum and a master’s degree in History and Journalism from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch and has basic level of Arabic.
