Jeffrey Kaufman is iMMAP’s Finance Director, based in Washington, DC. He is responsible for the financial operations of the organization. He works closely with iMMAP global personnel to support the organizational activities which include the monthly and year of end close, audit activities, 990 preparation and ensuring internal control procedures support operations and maintain compliance with US and international donor requirements.
Jeffrey has over 25 years of experience in international development as a program manager along with his financial controllerships with US Agency for International Development (USAID) and international non-profits. Some of his key accomplishments include leading the development of a first-of-its-kind 2 billion USD government to government agreement to reduce fraud and maximize the use of government resources. He has served in multiple countries abroad including but not limited to West Bank and Gaza, Iraq, Afghanistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Haiti.
Jeffrey is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Virginia, USA. He holds a Bachelor of Science from East Carolina University in Construction Management and a Master´s in Accounting and Taxation from George Mason University.
