Jeffrey is the Country DIrector for iMMAP in Colombia. He is an expert on information management with 18 years of experience. He has worked with OCHA, IOM, UNDP and UNMEER, with experience in Colombia, Mexico, Haiti, Iraq, Yemen, Central African Republic and western Africa, where he was the Chief of IM for the UN Ebola response.
With a background in economics, GIS and data management, he has put together information management projects with a variety of counterparts. Jeffrey has an MSFS with a specialization in international development from Georgetown University.
