Senior IMO/ Country representative


Joseph is a senior information management officer (IMO) and country representative of the Cameroon mission. He is responsible for deploying and managing the IM unit supporting the humanitarian community in the country.

Joseph has over 10 years of experience in the humanitarian aid sector working with various INGOs. Prior to joining iMMAP, Joseph worked with INSO as the regional information manager for Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger and Mali for two years. Prior to that, he was the country coordinator at Groupe URD in Mali for a year. Joseph also has extensive experience working as a program specialist for over seven years with Solidarites International, Premiere Urgence International, MSF, Action Against Hunger and the French Red Cross in DRC, CAR, Ethiopia, Lebanon and Haiti.

Joseph holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a master´s degree in Physics from the University of Provence and a master´s degree in Geography from the Aix Marseille University in Marseille, France. He is fluent in French and English.
