Marvin is an iMMAP information management officer, currently supporting the Health Cluster in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

His previous work experience includes two years as data, information, and GIS specialist for the World Health Organization (WHO) in DRC, six years as data manager at the Emergency Operating Center (EOC) Delegation of Public Health in Buea, Cameroon, and one year as a part-time lecturer on medical transcription for the BIAKA University Institute of Buea (BUIB), Cameroon.

Marvin holds a Master’s in Information Technology from the University of Central Nicaragua (UCN), Managua, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Tasks Engineer from the African Institute of Computer Science, Yaoundé, Cameroon.
