Naomi is an Information Management Officer at iMMAP based in Geneva with the World Health Organization (WHO) Global Health Cluster. She provides cluster and partner information management support, promoting best practices with a specific focus on the Public Health Information Services.
Naomi has 15 years’ experience with the UN, INGOs, government and academic institutions working in emergency response, international development and training with a specific focus on health and complex environments. Naomi has an advanced university degree via publication in humanitarian response and is certified by the Health Care Professional Society in Paramedic Sciences.
Emergency deployments include Haiti (2001, 2010), Iraq (2014, 2016), Niger (2017), Bolivia (2007), and Mozambique (2019). Longer term field experience within Humanitarian Action includes deployments to Afghanistan (2012), Burkina Faso (2010), Iraq (2016), Haiti (2011), Lebanon (2013), Pakistan (2011), Papua New Guinea (2008), Tanzania (2007) and Zambia (2009).
