Senior Information Management Office
Qusay is a senior information management officer based in Iraq. He is responsible for supporting national mine action authorities with information management, preparing reports, statistics, analytical and technical maps. In addition, he supports the capacity strengthening of national authorities while providing technical advice for all organizations working in the field of humanitarian mine action.
Qusay joined iMMAP in 2014. Prior to his current position, he was a GIS officer. He has over eight years of experience working in GIS. Prior to joining iMMAP, he was a GIS officer with Atlas GIS company for five years and Danube for Mine Action as a GIS expert for three years in Iraq.
Qusay holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Technology in Iraq. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
