Silimane is an information management and analyst project lead in Burkina Faso. His responsibilities
include leading the COVID-19 Situation Analysis Project in Burkina Faso while coordinating with project
leads in other countries, the DEEP team, and Global Analysis Cell.
Silimane has over a decade of experience working with UN agencies and INGOs. Prior to his position with iMMAP, he worked with WHO as the health team leader in DRC for two years. Furthermore, he worked with ACDI-VOCA as a regional monitoring and evaluation technical advisor in Senegal, and with World Vision in Niger, Senegal, and Chad over six years in various positions.
Silimane has a Master´s Degree in Statistics and Econometrics from the University of Social Sciences of Toulouse in France and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the University of National School of Applied Economics in Senegal. He is fluent in French and English.
