Richard Sennoga

Richard joined iMMAP in 2016, in the capacity of Information Management Officer (IMO), deployed to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) in Sudan and in Iraq, supporting the Information Management Units (IMU), and to UNICEF in Nigeria, supporting the Education Sector and Education in Emergencies Working Group, based in Maiduguri. Prior to this, Mr. Sennoga worked with the UNOCHA UMU in Niger and in Uganda; and as WASH Sector IMO in Vanuatu. He also served as Development Outreach and Communications Specialist with the US Agency for International Development in Uganda. He earlier served as Data Management Specialist with Ministry of Finance in Uganda; as Knowledge Management Specialist with the German Technical Cooperation and as Information and Membership Services Office with the Uganda Institute of Banking and Financial Services.

Mr. Sennoga holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science, M.A. Diplomacy and International Studies, and Bachelors of Library and Information Science.
