Return and Reintegration Area Profiles Idlib City and Jabal Al-Zawiyah Area

iMMAP’s Returns Context Monitoring (RCM) project is pleased to present its sixteenth Return and Reintegration Area Profiles covering Idlib city and the Jabal Al-Zawiyah area in northwest Syria. The reports explore how dynamics in both areas developed since 2011 and how prevailing conditions still prove significant barriers to return and represent challenges to the remaining population. In doing so, the report explores the background, dynamics, and practical functionality of security, governance, and service provision in both areas.
