Stefania is the Data Protection Officer for iMMAP Inc. based in Spain. She is responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection laws such as the GDPR. She facilitates communication between data subjects and iMMAP Inc., while promoting transparency, accountability and data protection culture within the organization.
Prior to joining iMMAP Inc., Stefania worked as a lawyer in Colombia, but also supported the implementation of robust data protection programs ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in various organizations.
Stefania holds a law degree from Universidad Externado in Colombia, a master's degree in business law from Universidad La Sabana in Colombia and is certified as a financial crime specialist by the CFCS. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
