Zara currently works for iMMAP as part of the team in Nigeria and she is an officer for the Inter-Agency Gender-Based Violence Information Management Systems (GBVIMS).
Prior to joining iMMAP, she worked at the International Rescue Committee in Nigeria as GBV Case Management Officer for over three years.
Zara holds a BA in Mass Communication from the University of Maiduguri, Nigeria.
