Over 18 years, iMMAP has significantly worked on changing people’s lives by harnessing the power of information to facilitate evidence-based decisions.



COVID-19 Primary Data Collection

The tender submission should include the following:

  1. Personal Curriculum Vitae highlighting the qualifications that meet the minimum requirements stated in above, and at least three (3) references.
  2. Completed and signed tender submission documents as instructed in Attachment I: Proposal Information.
  3. Signed and stamped Annex II: Certification Statement.

Responses to the tender should be sent to the email address of the RFP Coordinator mentioned in Article 4.0: Response Instructions.

Inquiries should be sent to the RFP Coordinator mentioned in Article 2.3 before the deadline for receiving proposer inquiries set in Article 2.4: Calendar of Events.

Documentation
