Carried out in July 2021, this Quarter 2 bakery and bread processing facilities mapping study is a follow-up to the initial Quarter 1 study conducted in March 2021. This study highlights the status of 404 bakeries across 25 sub-districts in northeast Syria. The study also includes a catalog of factsheets that highlight the status and bread availability of various wheat-to-bread processing facilities across different sub-districts and governorates in northeast Syria.
