Aminat Damilola Babata is the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer for iMMAP Inc. Nigeria. She ensures quality program outputs by coordinating and implementing MEAL strategies, developing, and maintaining tracking systems, and streamlining processes and tools for efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability throughout the project cycle.
Before joining iMMAP Inc., Aminat also occupied the M&E role at the Royal Heritage Health Foundation in Kwara and Borno states for two and a half years.
Aminat holds a Master’s degree in Information Management from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the University of Ilorin, Kwara state, Nigeria. Aminat was trained in Basic Humanitarian Information Management (HIM) by iMMAP and has various certifications including GIS for Global Health from Royal Tropical Institute (KIT) Amsterdam, Introduction to Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Washington, and Project Management from Pneuma Project Experts. She is fluent in English and Yoruba and has basic knowledge of Hausa.
