This document assesses the needs of the population affected by Gu flooding in the Qoryooley District, Somalia.
On 5 July, an armed inter-clan conflict erupted in Luuq town, resulting in the displacement of 42,000 people and, as of 11 July, four civilian deaths.
This assessment included 55 key informant interviews conducted at 23 sites in the Luuq district from July 16th to 18th, 2024.
