Capacity Building Officer
Nataliia Karbusheva is the Capacity-Building Officer at iMMAP Inc., based in Kyiv. She develops and delivers training courses on humanitarian information management, identifies training needs across humanitarian clusters and NGOs in Ukraine, coordinates training logistics, and evaluates feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Before joining iMMAP Inc., Nataliia worked as a Safeguarding and Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) Specialist with HIAS Ukraine and as a Protection Officer with Oxfam Poland and Ukraine.
She holds a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from Kherson State Pedagogical University, Ukraine. Nataliia is fluent in English and has basic knowledge of Polish and Spanish.
