HR Coordinator
Berivan Al Zahawi serves as the Human Resources Coordinator at iMMAP, where she leads and oversees all aspects of HR management, including strategic planning, recruitment, and policy development to ensure organizational compliance with local labor laws.
Previously, Berivan held several senior HR positions with international organizations in Iraq, including HR and Admin Coordinator at NRC, Senior HR Officer at IRC, Country HR Officer at PUI, and Cultural Advisor at the US Consulate. She also served as HR Assistant and Economic Security Field Officer at ICRC.
Fluent in English, Arabic, Kurdish, and Turkish, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Salahaddin University and a Diploma in Accounting and Bookkeeping from the International Association of Bookkeepers, Iraq.
