Capacity Building Coordinator
Iryna Tkachuk is the capacity-building coordinator based in Kyiv. She is responsible for implementing capacity-building initiatives for NGOs in the local context of Ukraine. Iryna deploys training programs and materials as well as coordinates with stakeholders in all aspects of training planning and conduction.
Prior to her current position, Iryna worked as an IMO for iMMAP Inc. Ukraine from November 2022 until March 2023. Before joining iMMAP Inc., Iryna was an individual entrepreneur and worked as a geological and surveying consultant in Kyiv for a year. Iryna also served as a head of the geology and surveying department and later as a head of the mining department at AKW Ukrainian Kaolin Company in Vinnitsya region for nearly four years. Moreover, Iryna worked as a Geologist at the same company from 2016 to 2018.
Iryna Tkachuk holds a Master's degree in Geology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine. She speaks Ukrainian, English, and Polish and Russian.
