Human Resources Manager
Iryna is a Human Resources (HR) Manager based in Kyiv, Ukraine. She is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for iMMAP Inc. staff, updating local personnel policies and procedures, and maintaining employee databases and organizational charts. Additionally, she fosters effective and positive internal communication among the iMMAP Inc. Ukraine office team.
Prior to joining iMMAP, Iryna worked as an HR Officer at Oxfam Great Britain for over a year. Before that, she served as a personal assistant to the Deputy Mayor of Kyiv City State Administration for 9 years.
Iryna holds a Master’s degree in Management and Standardization of Products and Services from the National University of Bioresources and Nature Management in Kyiv.
