Maria joined the iMMAP Human Resources team in July 2020 as a Human Resources Officer. In her position, Maria participates in all aspects of the recruitment process whilst working on initiatives to support personnel wellbeing and motivation to promote a positive corporate culture. Maria is also responsible for ensuring that iMMAP personnel have a complete understanding of HR policies and reporting mechanisms.
Prior to joining iMMAP, Maria had extensive experience in the private sector working with CPA Global as a People and Organization Specialist and Paschal Logistics as a Human Resources Generalist. Maria holds a Bachelor's Degree of General Studies from the University of Mississippi minoring in Psychology, African American Studies and Journalism.
