Rasha is the Senior Operations& Procurement Officer supporting the Yemen program in our Amman office. Rasha is the main point of contact for employees and stakeholders. She plans and supervises operational and procurement tasks, ensuring efficiency and compliance with the organization's policies and procedures. In addition, Rasha is responsible for supervising administrative staff, purchasing personnel, receptionists, cleaners and drivers.
She has worked for iMMAP Inc. since 2016, holding various administrative positions. Prior to that, she worked for 11 years in the humanitarian and private sectors.
Rasha holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Mutah University in Jordan. She is fluent in Arabic and English.
