He establishes and nurtures strategic relationships with Philanthropic Foundations, International Development Banks, and Private Tech companies, and other key stakeholders crucial for program implementation and scaling up Business Development opportunities.
Before joining iMMAP Inc., Roland served as a Project Coordinator Consultant for the International Finance Corporation program in Liberia. His contributions involved designing investment promotion activities and business development projects, collaborating with donors, government, and the private sector to advance investment climate reforms.
Roland's extensive background includes roles such as the Private Sector Director for the Millennium Challenge Account in Liberia, overseeing energy utility management services. He also served as the Deputy of Commerce and Industry for the Republic of Liberia, supporting the development and protection of manufacturing and industrial services.
With over 20 years of international development, business development, and project management experience, Roland brings a wealth of expertise to iMMAP Inc. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Maryland College Park and an M.B.A from Baruch College in New York City.
