Information Management Officer
Said is an information management officer (IMO). He is responsible for supporting the Emergency Shelter and Non-Food Items (ESNFI) Cluster to ensure a coherent response to the emergency through collecting data, information and generating reports to inform donors, partners and stakeholders.
Prior to his current position with iMMAP, Said was seconded to OCHA in Pakistan. Said has over nine years of experience working with information management. Prior to joining iMMAP, Said worked with UNFPA, OCHA and UNDP in Lebanon as an IMO for nearly six years. He was an IMO with UNHCR and UNICEF in Panama and Jordan for three years.
Said holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Management Information Systems from the Lebanese American University in Lebanon. He is fluent in English and Arabic.
