Information Management Officer
Ambi Saratu Iirmdu is an Information Management Officer (IMO) in Nigeria. She provides IM support to sectors and partners across Borno, Adamawa, and Yobe (BAY) states via iMMAP Inc.’s Humanitarian Information and Analysis Unit to improve data accuracy and ensure more efficient and targeted humanitarian responses.
Prior joining iMMAP Inc., Saratu returned to Premiere Urgence Internationale, where she was formerly an IMO for a year, as a MEAL Manager for four months. She was also an IMO for a UNICEF Rapid Response Mechanism project for nine months, a Reporting Officer at GISCOR for two years and 10 months, and an Intern under iMMAP Inc.’s Internship program.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Maiduguri. She speaks Hausa and English fluently.
