Abdon Trowonou joined iMMAP in 2010 and has since served in different roles within the organization. Before taking on his current functions at the HQ in the United States, he successively worked as Program Manager in Pakistan, Country Director in Yemen, Global Partnership Program Manager and most recently Regional Representative for Africa.
Prior to joining iMMAP Abdon worked for nearly a decade in the medical research arena, managing patients’ data for the Hereditary Cancer Center at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska (USA). He also served with the United Nations in the Democratic Republic of Congo and in Afghanistan.
