Mr. Chaplin is the Capacity Strengthening and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEAL) Coordinator for iMMAP Afghanistan. He joined the team in September 2019.
Prior to joining iMMAP, Daniel worked as a Humanitarian Information Analyst at ACAPS, in Switzerland, as a Risk and Resilience Consultant at ODI, in the United Kingdom, and as an Analysis, Monitoring, and Evaluation Intern for WFP in Uganda.
Daniel holds an MSc in Disaster Risk Management and Climate Change Adaptation from the Lund University, Sweden, and a BSc (Honors) in Physical Geography with Study Abroad (Trinity College Dublin, Republic of Ireland) from The University of Exeter, United Kingdom.
