Global Human Resources Manager
David joined iMMAP Inc. in 2023 as the Global Human Resources Manager. He provides leadership and oversight for iMMAP Inc.’s Human Resources functions and ensures the effective and efficient use of HR across the organization. He is based in Washington, DC.
David has over twenty years of experience in human resource management, including process and policy development, compliance, employee relations, performance management and total rewards. He has supported both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including Arthur Andersen, Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), American Red Cross, and BlueCross BlueShield Association. Prior to joining iMMAP Inc., David was with the International Budget Partnership, where as a “department-of-one” he was responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of all HR functions for a growing INGO.
David holds a bachelor’s degree from The College of William and Mary in Virginia with concentrations in Business Management and Classical Studies. He is a Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP) and a member of SHRM and other HR Roundtables.
