Dima Hunaiti is currently serving as Program Coordinator in Iraq. Her responsibilities encompass assessing proposals, overseeing project implementation, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Dima is also responsible for monitoring budgets and spending, as well as representing and advocating for iMMAP Iraq. With fluency in Arabic, English, and basic proficiency in Turkish, she effectively communicates across diverse stakeholders.

Prior to joining iMMAP, Dima worked as a Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Adviser (Consultant) at MSI in Erbil for five months. Dima also served as a Program Manager at Global Communities in North East Syria for eleven months. Her contributions extended to the role of Senior Manager for Research & Learning at Global Communities in Juba for a duration of eleven months as well. Dima's passion for humanitarian work led her to the International Rescue Committee (IRC), where she excelled as a Women's Protection & Empowerment (WPE) Manager, serving across multiple locations in South Sudan for nine months. Additionally, she worked as a Coordinator at Save the Children in the Zaatri Refugee Camp in Jordan for nine months.

Dima's educational background includes a Master of Science degree in Social Work from Columbia University in New York. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery from Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) in Irbid, Jordan. Dima Hunaiti is fluent in Arabic and English and has a basic knowledge of Turkish.
