Information Management Officer
Elie is an IMO based in Chad. He is responsible to support PHIS with a specific focus on Health Facility Services availability and mapping of COVID-19. He further is responsible for the timely and high-quality collection, analyses, production and dissemination of PHIS data.
Elie has over 14 years of experience working for UN agencies and NGOs. Prior to joining iMMAP, he worked with FAO and UNICEF as an information management and consultant in communication for development for nearly 10 years in Chad. Prior to that, he worked with WFP, Jesuit Refugee Services and HISA in various positions for over three years.
Elie holds a Master´s and a Bachelor´s Degree in Sociology from the University of Ngaoundere in Cameroon. He is fluent in English and French.
