Global Surge Finance Officer
Eugenia is the global surge finance officer. She is responsible for monitoring the budgets and preparing the reporting to donors. She will be managing financial forecasts and oversight of projects and surge deployments.
Prior to joining iMMAP, she has been driving business development while responsible for finance and reviewing budgets for UN agencies, notably UNESCO. She has also overseen programs and operations for the UN Trust for the Global Education Monitoring Report.
Eugenia holds a Master's Degree in Project Management from Rome Business School in Italy, and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Complutense University in Madrid, Spain. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
