Based in Abidjan, Fabrice supports OCHA Haiti as an Information Management Officer.
Before this position, he was iMMAP's Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Specialist in support WHO Ebola Response in Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and prior to that he was seconded by iMMAP to WHO in Mali and DRC as an Information Management Officer.
He has very long working experience with the United Nations, the Government, and the private sector in positions related to GIS, Remote Sensing, Engineering, and Information Management, in countries such as Ivory Coast, CAR, and Cameroon.
Fabrice holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (Software Engineering), and an Associate degree in Management of Data Processing, both from CESTI Informatique Abidjan, Ivory-Coast.
