Country Representative
Gabriel is the country representative for iMMAP Inc. He is responsible for defining a vision, strategy and plan for the implementation of iMMAP Inc.´s information management support to clusters in Yemen. He oversees the programmatic, financial and human resource divisions of the Yemen mission.
Prior to his current position, he worked with iMMAP Inc. as a project manager, an information management officer (IMO), a program officer and legal representative for Colombia and a GIS officer. Gabriel has extensive experience with information management where he worked with OCHA for three years as the head of the information management unit.
Gabriel holds a Master’s Degree and a PhD in Geophysics from the University of Sao Paulo in Brazil. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from University of The Andes in Colombia. Gabriel is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
