Information Management Officer
Joe is an information management officer seconded to the WASH and Nutrition Clusters at UNICEF in Cameroon. He is responsible in supporting the information needs of cluster partners while actively collecting, analyzing and reporting relevant data in order to map cluster activities, resources and information gaps.
Joe has over 11 years of experience in information management. Prior to joining iMMAP, he was an IMO with MONUSCO and OCHA in DRC and CAR for nearly three years. Prior to that, he was a database management officer with NRC and information technology assistant with the World Bank Group in Mali and Cameroon for nearly six years. Joe also has experience working as an information technology project lead with Advance Engineering Ltd. in Cameroon for three years.
Joe holds a Master´s Degree in Data Analytics and IT Security Management from Arden University in the UK, a Master´s Degree in Business Administration from the University of the People in the USA and a Bachelor´s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Dschang in Cameroon. He is fluent in English and French.
