Mowlid is an information management officer seconded to the Health Cluster in Somalia. He is responsible for providing response activity support to the multiple emergencies that are ongoing across the country while improving the display and dissemination of HeRAMS information products. Furthermore, he supports the collection, analysis and production of public health information systems (PHIS) information.
Mowlid has six years of working experience with INGOs in Somalia specializing in information management. Prior to joining iMMAP, Mowlid worked with Save the Children as a MEAL data management officer for nearly a year, and COOPI as an MIS officer for nearly two years. Prior to that, he worked with DARS and IR in information management for nearly three years.
Mowlid holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Information and Communication Technology from Admas University in Somalia. He is fluent in English, Arabic, and Somali.
