Natalie is a human resource officer for iMMAP Jordan. She is responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding the personnel while preparing their contractual formalities. She also ensures all the administrative and relational procedures are respected. Natalie also implements the HR training and development strategy while conducting the performance management system.
Natalie has been working with iMMAP for more than three years, starting as an HR intern, then as an assistant, in Amman. Prior to that, she worked in logistics for the private sector in Jordan for over four years.
Natalie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics from the University of Amman, Jordan. She is fluent in Arabic, English, Italian, and Hebrew.
