With over 20 years of experience in the private sector, Olha has expertise in strategic and operational HR management in medium and large companies, holding the positions of HR and Recruitment Director, Employee Experience Director, and Vice President of Human Resources.
Throughout her career, Olha focused on recruitment, employee retention, workforce planning and management, employer branding and communications, and performance management. Olha is passionate about improving the employee experience and supporting the organization's goals by promoting employee development and engagement.
Olha holds a master’s degree in work and management psychology from Ivan Franko National University in Lviv, Ukraine and is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
