Information Management Officer
Sean is an information management officer seconded to the Food Security Cluster in Myanmar. He is responsible for automizing reporting and the data collection, cleaning and process while establishing IM systems, identifying gaps in coverage and capacity strengthening of national counterparts.
Prior to his current position, Sean was an information and performance management officer seconded to WFP in El Salvador. Sean has extensive experience in data management and IM. Prior to joining iMMAP, he worked with UNICEF as an IM specialist and Business Analyst and M&E specialist in the US and Venezuela for two years. Prior to that, he was with ACAPS and DfID working as a technical expert and data analyst in Bangladesh and Myanmar for two years. Prior to that, he worked with UNDP in Myanmar as a disaster recovery and coordination specialist for a year.
Sean holds a Master´s Degree in International Development from the University of Granada, Spain and a Bachelor of Arts from the Texas Lutheran University in the US. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Chinese.
