Post-Earthquake Mapping of Wheat-Flour to Bread Facilities in Northwest Syria

This study maps and monitors wheat-flour to bread processing and production facilities in both public and private sectors across Northwest Syria (NWS). It was conducted after the earthquake that hit Turkey and NW Syria on 6th February 2023, with the aim of assessing its impact on bread production facilities and the availability of bread in the region. The study's findings provide valuable insights into the current state of bread production facilities and can help inform future relief efforts.

The study is produced in collaboration with USAID_BHA partners, NWS Food Security and Livelihood (FSL) Cluster members, Implementing Partners (IPs), and NWS Bread and Bakery Technical Working Group (BBTWG).
