Tender subject: External Evaluation for iMMAP Inc. Information Management Support through the Standby Partnership Program
iMMAP Inc. is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of commissioning consultant(s) and/or consultancy company for a final evaluation for the Global Information Management Plus Support Program to the United Nations and international Non-Governmental Organizations through the Standby Partnership (SBP) Program.
Purpose: The evaluation aims to assess the overall responsiveness and impact of the USAID’s BHA-funded iMMAP Inc. SBP contributions to UN partner operations. It will seek to identify the extent to which the SBP has enhanced the capacity of the UN field operations as they respond(ed) to crises and identify weaknesses in the current mechanism that might be addressed to improve the mechanism’s responsiveness, efficacy, and efficiency.
Duration: The contract's performance period is 50 working days between October and December 2023. For the submission of the final report, the deadline is January 20, 2024.
Location: Remote, including travel to up to three locations – possibly hardship duty stations.
