Daniel is the Global Security Advisor at iMMAP Inc., responsible for ensuring the safety and security of operations and personnel engaged in projects worldwide, with a particular focus on the Middle East, Afghanistan and Ukraine. Daniel deploys effective communication and collaborative skills across diverse cultures and regions to maintain an extensive network of contacts within the security stakeholder community, providing iMMAP Inc. with reliable and up-to-date information on evolving security dynamics in challenging field environments.

With seven years of relevant experience in the field of safety and security for international non-governmental organizations, Daniel possesses significant first-hand experience in managing security in complex and high-risk environments. He has held critical roles, including Regional Security Manager for the Ukraine Response with Mercy Corps, Country Director for INSO Iraq, Deputy Director for INSO Afghanistan, and Safety Advisor in the East Region of Afghanistan. Throughout his career, Daniel has engaged in crisis response, produced analytical reports and security assessments, provided strategic advice to staff and senior managers, and successfully managed teams of security officers and analysts.

Daniel holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from American University in Washington DC, USA. His academic background complements his practical experience in security management. Fluent in English, with advanced conversational skills in Russian and Mandarin Chinese, Daniel's multilingual abilities enhance his effectiveness in addressing security challenges in diverse contexts and regions, making him a valuable asset to iMMAP Inc.'s mission.
