He has worked with OCHA, UNHCR, WFP and DKH in humanitarian coordination, information and project management in complex emergency contexts for the last ten years.
Jorge has a bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a Master’s in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid.
